Very good understanding of 3GPP standards or topics, e.g. LTE, LTE-A, 5G, physical layer, layer 2 radio protocol Proven experience in R&D of mobile communication technologies and innovation track record (patents) Strong ability to analyse and find creative solutions for complex technical problems Experience in participating in wireless communication standard bodies Readiness to travel worldwide
