Your Responsibilities

Accountable for global technical escalation management Responsible to develop and implement support plans for new Advantest products Subject matter expert, defining service documentation and training for new product introductions Conducts trainings to propagate knowledge to regional service organizations worldwide Responsible for product quality, reliability, and compatibility of the installed base Drives continuous improvements in delivering support towards customer base

Your Qualifications

Master's degree in Electronic/Physics/Mechatronics or related. Experience as a R&D/Production or Support engineer preferred  Structured and success-oriented problem solver Want: Background RF or Device Power Supplies   Effective communication in English (required), German (want) Excellent global teamwork skills - Structured and analytical thought process  Can do attitude, proactive and self-disciplined  Focus/understanding of customer requirements and needs
